A well-known developer in Spain’s luxury property market, has announced its most ambitious project yet: St. Regis, The Residences, Casares - Costa del Sol, set to open in 2026.
This is a major milestone as it will be the first standalone St. Regis residence in Europe and the first in Spain, thanks to a partnership between Caledonian and Marriott International. The project represents an investment of €150 million, according to Idealista/news.
Located in Finca Cortesin on the beautiful Costa del Sol, this exclusive development offers 46 luxury homes designed by famous architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK27. The residences feature breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, high-end finishes, and advanced technology, including biometric security systems and modern climate control (HVAC) systems.
